Scope-FYI introduces candidates to the Client on the understanding that if an appointment is made within 18 months of the introduction by Scope-FYI, the following terms and conditions will apply;

The Consultation Fees

The Client undertakes to notify Scope-FYI immediately upon agreeing to engage a Candidate introduced by Scope-FYI and the terms of engagement. The Client agrees and undertakes to pay Scope-FYI a Consultancy Fee amount of the gross annual Salary.

Consultancy Fee is 8.33% (Negotiable as per requirement) of the gross CTC. GST would be charged on the Consultant fees as per the government rules.

Payment Terms

An invoice will be sent to the Client within 15 days upon commencement of employment and Consultant Fee is payable with after 30 days of Joining.

The copy of CTC annexure of offer letter issued to the selected candidate would be sent by the Client to Scope-FYI within 15 Days of issuing it.

Replacement

The client is entitled to get free replacement within 90 days except on the four exclusions stated below:-

  1. Company closes down the business of operation/ branch / unit.
  2.  If the candidate is transferred to other department for which he / she was not recruited.
  3. Sexual Harassments
  4. If the candidate leaves due to fire, riot, strike, epidemic, earthquake, flood and other natural disasters/ calamity in and round his place of work.
